Recording
Recording maintains recorded documents such as deeds, easements and other records. Recording also issues marriage licenses and declarations of domestic partnership and functions as the Board of Property Tax Appeals (BOPTA).
Some of the information and forms available on-line are PDF files and can be viewed using Adobe Acrobat© Reader, which may be downloaded for free if you do not already have it.
