Clerk
The Clerk's office consists of the Elections Division and the Recording Division:
Elections is responsible for ballot preparation, distribution, verification and counting. They also process candidate filing, petition signature verification and voter registration.
Recording maintains recorded documents such as deeds, easements and other records. Recording also issues marriage licenses and declarations of domestic partnership and functions as the Board of Property Tax Appeals.
