The Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport is a non-hub facility located in southwestern Oregon serving the City of Medford, Jackson county, and the entire Rogue Valley, in addition to 7 other counties.

The airport services 8 hubs. Four air carriers service the airport with approximately 56 arriving and departing flights daily. The airport strives to provide outstanding public service that enhances the quality of life in Southern Oregon.

The airport is maintained with an extremely competent staff which includes management, fire fighting and rescue, maintenance of the airfield and all support services.

Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport is pleased to announce completion of our new terminal.  The new control tower is well underway. The airport expects that the final phases will all be completed in mid-2009. This is an exciting time for Jackson County with the new terminal being the largest project undertaken. The airport looks forward to this new era with excitement and anticipation. 

The Medford city airport code designator is MFR. We are the third largest commercial service airport in Oregon. Situated in the beautiful Rogue Valley, our airport is a gateway to the many opportunities and adventures there are to experience in this area.

Commercial air service is provided by  Horizon Air;  United Express and Delta Connection, offered by Sky West, and Allegiant Air.  These carriers offer approximately 60 arriving and departing flights daily to and from San Francisco, Portland, Eugene, Seattle, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Denver, Las Vegas, and Salt Lake City. Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport also serves general aviation traffic, including extensive corporate and business travel. 

Three Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) provide a full range of services including the sale of both Avgas and Jet A fuel, major airframe and power plant repairs, aircraft sales, flight training, aircraft rental, and charters.

The terminal lobby houses five rental car agencies, a gift shop, a restaurant/lounge, and airline operations.

Our Information Booth, also located in the terminal, is operated by Rogue Valley Manor Community Services and is staffed by the Retired Senior Volunteers Program (RSVP).

Booth operating hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Sunday 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. For information and paging services please call (541) 772-8068.
