Limited Supervision Program

The Limited Supervisor program is a specialized caseload for low-risk offenders who have satisfied the majority of probation conditions. They are referred to the program by their supervising officer after an evaluation to determine the offenders chances for successful completion of the program. Those offenders who have probation obligations to meet, yet are not at high-risk to reoffend, are likely candidates.

The goal of this program is to offer offenders a less restrictive environment in which to complete supervision.

The program rewards positive growth and positive completion of supervision conditions. As in all other programs, offenders are held accountable and are monitored.
