612.19 Judicial Review

(a)   Unless otherwise provided, judicial review under this chapter will only be permitted pursuant to the procedures set forth under ORS Chapter 34.010 to 34.102.

(b)   All reasonable costs of animal impoundment and care incurred by the County during any period of review and/or appeal are payable to the County and must be paid before release if the animal can be released to any party.   Failure to make payments within 10 days of Jackson Countyís published notice of payment due will be deemed abandonment of the impounded animal.

(1)   Jackson County is not required to release an animal to the keeper until Jackson County is satisfied that payment for the animalís release is complete and valid.
