Property Data Online (Front Counter)
Due to the Oregon State Legislature's passage of Senate Bill 618 on 6/24/2009, property deeds recorded in Jackson County from 1966 thru 1984 are no longer available for unrestricted public research. Members of the public who wish to view documents recorded during those years will first need to provide a written request to the Recording Department.
Property Data Online (aka Front Counter) provides access to a rich set of information about real property, including:
- Maps and aerial photos
- Assessed values & improvements
- Ownership, sales history, and deeds
- Tax payment information and history
- Building and land use permit history
- Zoning
If you don't need maps, or have a slow connection, try the text-only version: Property Data Express.
