On August 20, 2004 the Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA) remanded the 2004 LDO back to the county. Appeal to the Court of Appeals expires September 13, 2004.

The County’s 2004 Land Development Ordinance received approval from the Department of Land Conservation and Development regarding periodic review work program compliance. The above referenced ordinances were appealed to the Land Use Board of Appeals by three different parties. No stays were filed, so the revised 2004 LDO went into effect on Friday, March 12, 2004. However, following the Remand decision by LUBA on August 20, 2004, the 2004 LDO may no longer be in effect.
