Q: How do I get a copy of my divorce papers?

A: You may call the Jackson County Circuit Court at 541-776-7171 for more information. When calling, dial 0 to go to the main operator. They will be able to assist you with your request.

Divorce records are also available online through the Oregon Judaical Network (OJIN) for a fee.

There is also an OJIN terminal located at the Jackson County Justice Building which is available to the public free of charge. Access to the system is available Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm.

The Jackson County Justice Building is located at 100 S. Oakdale, Medford OR. 97501.
